The Office of Organizational Excellence is a partner and resource in your work to improve and innovate. Our services are designed to support meaningful, measurable improvement.

The office provides services in four categories:

Improvement Guidance Improvement Guidance

Guidance is often needed to determine the best course of action for improvement. Perhaps the situation calls for an improvement project, or operational strategy support, or a learn-it-and-use-it workshop. We can help you explore possibilities and decide on next steps.

Operational Strategy Project Facilitation

The Office of Organizational Excellence facilitates major multi-unit projects, including process improvement and resource optimization. With the Improvement Project Jumpstart, we help individual units start their projects and then hand them off to the team leader.

The Office of Organizational Excellence provides guidance to help organizations make complex strategic decisions and streamline operations. We facilitate decision-making that involves multiple units, and we help them establish clear priorities and informed action plans.

Knowledge and Skill Building Knowledge and Skill Building

The Improvement Foundations session covers key points in 20-60 minutes, with participants putting the ideas and tools to work. We also offer the annual Improvement Leader Program and a big collection of ready-to-use tips, tools, and templates – available anytime to everyone.
