Adobe Creative Cloud

The College of Information and Communications offers all undergraduate majors access to Adobe Creative Cloud, a collection of more than 20 applications and services for web design, photo editing, video editing and more.

If you are a returning student and still a major in the CIC, your access to the Adobe Creative suite should be ongoing until graduation.

Note: Returning CIC majors who submitted their information to the Jotform and were given access to the Adobe Creative suite during a previous semester should have ongoing access until graduation.

If you were given access to Adobe during a previous semester, you do NOT need to request access again. If you cannot remember your login information for your Adobe Cloud account, follow these instructions.

  1. In your web browser, go to Adobe’s website at adobe.com in your address bar and sign in using the button in the top right of the screen. DO NOT select “Create an account.” Type in your USC email address and select the blue button labelled “Continue.”
  2. Select the blue link labeled “Reset your password.”
  3. You will receive an email from Adobe with a code. Enter the code on adobe.com.
  4. Enter your new password, and select the blue button labeled “Update Password.”
  5. Select the blue button labeled “Continue.”
