Yes! If you have joined a Greek Organization and are required to be on their Greek Meal Plan, you can keep your All Access Plan from the Fall semester or you can downgrade to either the Weekly 10 with $250 Meal Plan Dollars or Block 100 Meal Plan with $150 Meal Plan Dollars
Any requests to downgrade or cancel a meal plan must be submitted through Self-Service or by completing a Meal Plan Change Request Form via the Carolina Card Office. Visit our website and check the Meal Plans tab for the form link.
The All Access PLUS plans include 7 weekly Retail Meal Swipes that can be used for purchases at on campus retail dining locations. The other non-PLUS All Access plans do not include the weekly retail swipes.
The All Access, Weekly, and Block meal plans come with meal swipes and Meal Plan Dollars. Meal swipes can be used at any of the 7 All You Care to Eat dining halls across campus. Meal swipes may also be used for meal equivalency at retail locations (except for the non-PLUS All Access plans). The Declining Balance plans are amounts of Meal Plan Dollars that can be used at any on-campus dining location, both dining halls and retail.
Meal Plan Dollars are connected to a meal plan. They can only be used at on-campus dining locations. They expire at the end of the spring semester. CarolinaCash funds are added to one’s Carolina Card and can be used on campus for dining, printing, and vending. These funds can also be used at select on/off campus locations. CarolinaCash does not expire.
Your meal plan dollars will carry over from semester to semester, but will expire at the end of the academic year.
The dining week is Thursday morning to Wednesday night.
Every Thursday morning.
Your meal swipe will cover up to $7.75 for Breakfast, and $10.75 for lunch and dinner. Any remaining funds will come out of your meal plan dollars.
Our dining halls accept meal swipes, and all of our retail locations EXCEPT for Starbucks and our Gamecock General convenience stores accept retail meal swipes that cover up to the cash equivalency rate.
Any location that is not a dining hall is considered a retail location.
You can order through the GrubHub Mobile App, or utilize the Grubhub Ordering Kiosks we have in the locations.
