Your referral enables the Career Center to develop new employer relationships or strengthen

Student Access to Opportunities
Employers are asked to create an account in Handshake, our online career management
tool. In doing so, students and alumni can gain access to company information, job
postings, internship and co-op opportunities and more.
Tracking
By tracking employer, student and alumni data in Handshake, the Career Center collects valuable
information that allows us to attract new employers to the university and place more
USC students in successful internships, co-ops and job placements.
